All I can say is this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have called, sent emails for over 6 months with no response. I left urgent marked voice messages and still no call back. I call the tech support and no one has ever answered. I have had my Force 10K for 8 months and have not been able to use it properly yet. The collar will not tighten. The ball screws down all the way while trying to tighten it. It has been that way since I bought it. I've watched the videos numerous times and I know I am following the directions to the T. I tried moving my trailer when I first received the unit and it was a scary thing. I ended up bending the lip of my trailer side of the hitch. I had to take it to a welding ship to have it repaired. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
