I ordered for Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Mi Max 3. I also paid for DHL shipping, everything totalling EUR 447:46
Items were supposed to arrive within 10 Days via DHL
I have written to the seller twice but the response is usually ''Give us few more days, you will receive your goods. Don't worry''
I ordered a phone Xiaomi note 3 pro on June 6 and also paid for a DHL shipping which should not take more than 3 days to deliver.
I have written to inquire about the position of my order. All I got on each occasion is a computer generated reply telling me that someone will get in touch with me very shortly.
On my page on their website, my order is still processing.
It takes less than 5 seconds to accept payment and now it's taking more than 6 days to do the processing.
Is this a legitimate way of doing business or a fraud?.
My order number is 3325.
Why do you advertise items that you don't have in stock on your website especially on the EU website.
You also tell lies a lot that you have shipped an item that you don't have in stock and also give a tracking number that doesn't work. My phones have been in the same location for 10 days according to my tracking. I live in Ireland and I bought these phones on EU website so I can get it on time.
