On 11/26/2015 I have ordered at the company ComeBuy a Cubot S222.
After receipt of the consignment I complained immediately that the smartphones touch is not working.
ComeBuy asked me to make a video about the defect, which I made on the same day. Then ComeBuy asked me to send the defective Cubot S222 to their German warehouse; after that they would send me a new one.
I have sent it on 12/02/2015 to the demanded Adress by ComeBuy, filled cover letter as well as listed on the package with the complaint number and shipment number as desired, made a photo of the package and mailed it to ComeBuy.
The package was delivered on 12/04/2015 to ComeBuy (Tracking).
At my request from 12/07/2015, to send the promised new Cubot S222 to me, ComeBuy replied on 12/09/2015 that they had not received the package.
I told them the Tracking-Nr. Before and now again.
They mailed, that they would refund the money (that´s now 16 days ago).
I have the entire mail traffic, the required accompanying letter, the video, the photo and the shipment tracking of the returns stored and can thus occupy the entire process.
After Comebuy not reported (to this day), I asked at Paypal a request for Buyer Protection.
Never will buy there again.
