I booked their Hotel in Torrevieja Spain for the 22nd February 2024 for 1 night.The booking was made via Booking.com. We paid for a double room with terrace and pool view. We had to request the king-size bed which we did. On the 18th February we received confirmation from Booking. Com, which stated YOUR ACCOMMODATION BOOKING *******226 22-23RD FEBRUARY, YOU'VE BOOKED DOUBLE ROOM 15%GENIUS DISCOUNT +GENIUS ROOM UPGRADE FROM TWIN ROOM TO DOUBLE ROOM WITH A TERRACE WITH POOL VIEWS.
We checked in at reception and received the keys for room 022. We did not go to our room as we had an appointment elsewhere, when we returned we went to our room and found we had 2 single beds, a terrace facing scrub land, the room itself was shabby, bad scruffy paintwork, English tv channels did not work. We ask the reception for the room we paid for and we were told if we wanted a double bedded room with pool views we would have to pay an extra 40euros, we refused. We has no choice but to put this down to a very bad experience and cut our losses. We ask for an engineer to sort the tv out, no-one came.
Our worst experience ever.

Do not choose this hotel.

A fine vacuum cleaner. Ticks all the boxes. Really nice staff at the aftersales, very obliging and helpful.
Well recommend the machine and the company.

THIS IS OUR SAD STORY BY USING THIS COMPANY TO SELL OUR HOUSE.
I HAD TO SUBMITT 1 STAR TO POST THIS REVIEW, THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF ANY STARS
BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF INTEGRITY AND TOTAL INCOMPETENCE.
WE PURCHASED A NEW TOWNHOUSE IN THE PANORAMIC BEACH RESORT. FINIESTRAT, THIS WAS IN JUNE 2020, WE DID NOT PURCHASE THIS HOUSE FROM THE AGENT IN THIS REVIEW.
AFTER MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMMUNITY AND BUILDERS WE DECIDED TO SELL OUR HOUSE IN 2021.
2 AGENTS MARKETED THE HOUSE, THEN THE WOMAN SANDRA VERSLYPE, THE WOMAN WHO WAS THE ADMINISTRATOR AND TRANSLATOR FOR THE LEGAL FIRM THAT HANDLED THE CONVEYANCING OF OUR PURCHASE OF THE FINISTRAT HOUSE MOVED IN NEXT TO OUR HOUSE IN FINISTRAT, YES NEXT DOOR. SHE TOLD US THAT SHE WAS NOW WORKING FOR SPAINKEYS4YOU AND ASK IF HER FIRM COULD MARKET OUR HOUSE (ITS VERY INTERESTING WHEN I THINK BACK, SHE ALWAYS TOLD US SHE WAS A LAWYER, AND I WILL NEVER FORGET HOW SHE KEPT REPEATING HERSELF BY SAYING HOW HONEST SHE WAS, THIS IS WHEN THE RED FLAGS STARTED TO APPEAR Mmmmm,
ANYWAY WE AGREED FOR SPAINKEYS4YOU TO MARKET OUR HOUSE WITH A NON EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT.
WE DECIDED IT BEST THAT WE LEAVE AN EMPTY HOUSE, SO WE MOVED AND PAINTED THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE AND HAD A PROFESSIONAL CLEAN, THE HOUSE WAS IN PERFECT ORDER AND READY FOR SALE.
HOWEVER, THERE WERE SOME TERRIBLE THINGS HAPPENING TO THE HOUSE AND BEGAN TO SUSPECT THIS AGENT OF SABOTAGE TO EITHER FALSE US TO LOWER THE PRICE, WELL WHAT THEY DID WORKED BECAUSE WE LOWERED THE PRICE BY ALMOST 40,000 EUROS.
THIS IS A LIST OF DAMAGES THEY DID,
COVERING THE OTHER 2 AGENTS SALES BOARDS WITH THEIR OWN SALES BOARDS.
BRINGING OUT THE 2 LARGE HUSKY DOGS IN THE NEXT GARDEN AND MADE THEM HOWL WHEN THE OTHER AGENTS CAME TO VIEW.
LEAVING THE DOGS POOP ON THE LAWN OF SANDRA VERSLYPE HOUSE SEEN BY ANY VISITERS, THROWING DOGS POOP ONTO OUR LAWN, ALL IN SITE OF ANY VIEWERS.
DISPLAYING IN VIEW LARGE PLANT POTS FULL OF CANNABIS.
MAKING OUR HOUSE DIRTY WITH DAMAGES INSIDE.
SO THERE WAS NO CHOICE BUT TO REDUCE THE PRICE, WE LOWERED THE PRICE FROM 189,000 EUROS TO 160,000 EUROS, THE HOUSE COST US WITH QUALITY EXTRAS 200,000 EUROS.
AT THE NEW PRICE OF 160,000 THE HOUSE SOLD VERY QUICK, TO ADD SALT TO THE WOUNDS,
THE HOUSE COMPLETION WAS IN JUNE 2022, THESE AGENTS NEGLECTED TO INFORM THE TOWNHALL OF THE TRANSFER AND THE LOSS ON THE HOUSE SALE WHICH WE WOULD HAVE BEEN EXEMPT FROM ANY CAPITAL GAIN. THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE.
THEY ARE JUST TERRIBLE GREEDY RUTHLESS PEOPLE.
TAKE HEED.
WE DID NOT NEED THIS BAD EXPERIENCE AT 79YEARS OLD.

Well, things have got worse with this company.
They have told me that my items were delivered after I complained about the delays.
I told them I have not had the delivery and they then sent me false documents from the delivery company.
The document showed a forged signature of mine and someone else's NIE number.
I sent them proof of my signature and NIE number, I sent this to the CEO at their head office without response.
I have ask for my 99euros to be refunded, they have not done so.
Terrible people

We have just had a terrible situation with this Company. 8days without Internet, telephone etc.
I telephoned Avatel every day with the problem. They just poured out with lies.
I have complained in writing to Avatel, and asking for compensation, they have not had the decency to reply, not even an apology. When our contract expires I will definitely look elsewhere.
Take my advice, avoid Avatel.

I joined Lobster a few years ago, their Tarrif was OK, their roaming abroad was hit and miss.
I telephoned France which was not included in the Tarrif, Lobster said I should put in enough credit to cover the call to France, I was going to credit my account with 20 euros but Lobster told me if the 20 euros runs out during the telephone call my conversation would be stopped immediately, this was a very important telephone call to PayPal so I put another 20 euros in credit to my Lobster account, unfortunately I only used 15 euros so I was expecting 25 euros back from Lobster, they told me there was no refund and that I could only use the credit to call France, I told them PayPal was a one off and I don't know anyone to call in France, but Lobster made it quiet clear the money would not be refunded.
I have since found another well known service provider with at least good customer service.
Since then Lobster have credited me part of the overpayment, but too late Lobster.

A continuing stressful situation with Customer Service.
I booked and paid for (IN ADVANCE) for a return taxi London Gatwick to Worthing, Booking.com confirmed the booking, but dispite my many many emails asking for the exact contact details of the taxi company they totally refuse to answer, all they keep saying is that the booking is confirmed. If the taxi does not arrive we have no way of contacting the taxi company. A very worrying situation. We will not choose to use Booking. Com in the future.

I purchased online 3 clothing garments from Macy'sUSA, I received 1 parcel and there were only 2 garments inside the parcel,
I contacted Macy's and they said the parcel was delivered, yes a parcel was delivered but 1 garment was missing.
I did not expect this kid of attitude from a renowned company like Macy's.
I cannot recommend them.

We did not expect the situation we are in with no hot water from this company's Solar Hot water system, not from the solar part but from their heating element part. Since the 3rd December 2021.
I should make it quiet clear that the Company who installed the Solar hot water kit was IBERUNWIND. S. L Located in Calle Viens 5,******* Benidorm (AS SHOWN ON THEIR INVOICE) maybe a Franchise of ENERA, IBERUNWIND do not appear to have their own website, so that is why I have had to make this review
Using the name enera-solar.com, which I presume is the manufacturer?
I should have been concerned when the company told me they don't do a survey! I was told we install you pay, the company was local to me so I chose IBERUNWIND.SL, The price I paid was 1499. 00 euros inc IVA, the price was for the package WITH PROGRAMMER-HEATING ELEMENT AND INSTALLATION.
The installers came and installed the system on the 3rd December 2021, they finished the installation that same evening, they did not explain the system they just left without saying a word.
We did not have hot water from their system, but at least we had our own hot water boiler.
I contacted the company to call back and sort out the system, we were given 3 appointments, all were a no show, there was a 4th appointment which I insisted on a time slot, that was on the 24th December 2021 between 10/11am which suited us as we were going shopping, they did not arrive as arranged so we went out, they arrived at 12.30pm, they told me everything was Ok, it was not Ok as it is today the 3rd January 2022 not Ok.
In between my coversations with whoever at the office of IBERSUNWIND, I was told the problem was the system was located in the shade but they would install reflectors to overcome the problem, they never installed reflectors, then I was told that we did not have a HEATING ELEMENT in the package, but they would supply and install one at a price, then it was discovered that they did install a HEATING ELEMENT.
This has made me very concerned what is going on.
I gave the company many chances to sort out the problem/problems before I wrote this review, but they choose to ignore me.
All I can say to any peoples thinking of installing SOLAR HOT WATER, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Well, to start with our Leroymerlin Finestrat store ******* is well stocked with most building materials, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on their products, our salesperson who dealt with our order was very kind and helpful. Our order was for 4 custom made and 2 standard inetrior doors complete with door frames and architraves. We placed to order in July 2021, we had no choice but to appy in advance (BIG MISTAKE) we were told the delivery and installation would be within 2 months, but until now December 2021 the work is far from complete. There were 3 installation companies involved, who were far from experienced, infact one of the companies employees were wearing Tshirts advertising their company as electricians. The damages they caused were beyond believe, damages to walls, wall tiling and decorations, after many many complaints Leroymerlin Central Installations department sent some men to complete/finish the work, their men had no materials, I provided the ceramic skirting tiles, cements and mastics etc to complete the work, they completed the building works but did not complete the painting damage, they told me they were not painters. Then the leroymerlin central installation department ask me for photos of the paint damage ( I had sent the photos before but said they never received them?)
Since receiving the photos they now tell me no do not cover paint damage.
That is the reason for this review to hopefully help others to avoid using the Leroymerlin installers.
A terrible section in their Company, to be avoided.

Avoid Home Improvment Centers That Offer Installation Services. Most use Sub Contractors.

YES, I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PARTED WITH MY MONEY.

BUT TOO LATE NOW MONEY PAID BUT NO ITEMS, ITS NOW BEEN 3MONTHS, DEALOSAURS TOLD ME DUE TO THE COVID19 THE DELIVERY WOULD TAKE 2-4WEEKS.
NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS APART FROM A STANDARD LETTER FROM A 3RD PARTY (ZENDESK.COM) BUT THESE WERE JUST RUBBISH STUFF AND NOT ANSWERING MY DELIVERY PROBLEM.
I WAS TOLD THAT THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED AND I WAS GIVEN TRACKING NUMBERS OF CHINA POST, HOWEVER AFTER CHECKING WITH CHINA POST WHICH STATED THE ITEM ******* WAS DELIVERED, IT WAS NOT, I HAVE ASK FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY AND THIS HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO ME. ON ORDER ******* I CHECKED TRACKING WITH CHINA POST AND THE STATEMENT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE PARCEL WAS RECEIVED BY THE SHIPPER ON THE 12TH NOVEMBER 2020 AT THE CHINA POST IN SHENZHEN BUT RETURNED TO WHOEVER FROM CHINA POST SHENZHEN ON THE 25TH NOVEMBER 2020.
SO THERE YOU ARE.
I MUST ADMIT I FOUND THE WEB SITE OF DEALOSAURS PRETTY GOOD AND THEIR ITEMS WELL PRESENTED, BUT LET THEMSELVES DOWN BY NOT PRODUCING THE GOODS, SO I HAVE TO SAY I FEEL IT IS A MASSIVE SCAM. SO MY ADVICE AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.
