Tonal - They Just Don't Care Customer Experience
It took 167 days to order, install and remove the unit
Pleas to CMO in vain 6 LinkedIn messages to the CMO and ver 10 emails to support Tonal went unheard
Tonal held almost $4500 of my money since July 5th

Tip for consumers:
This is a gimmick. Buy some weights and play a Tony Robbins inspirational tape in the back ground.

Products used:
Returned it all as you can not use the device without paying an additional monthly fee into perpetuity
