On 10th June I bought two tickets for Gardeners World, Birmingham for 16th June. There was no mention of any restrictions when I bought the ticket. The day before the event I got a message saying they have some important information about the tickets and that they are only valid from 12PM. The fact they sent this email is an admittance to not having told me this at the point of sale. I have tried to cancel my purchase and get a refund and have been told I will not be able to. I have wasted £23.50. I will never use Groupon again.
