They have a robot call you once if you dont get the call the account is on hold untill you check it but their Payment is certainly not on hold!
Then when you call in they state their a j missing on your name some where is that how you want it paid extra to get it done in 7 days it has been almost 2 months now and the attendant had the nerve to be extreemly rude!
