It took 12 days to bring a parcel from Sydney to Bendigo, every time I rang they assured me it would arrive by 5pm the following night, but no one showed the slightest concern, or even seemed to care that it had taken so long, maybe because this is normal for this company!

We have purchased 3 items on different occasions and have been very pleased with each one. The delivery was fast and the items were as described and much cheaper than we had found elsewhere.

Within three days of contacting Brad at Bendigo Regional Plumbing our fire was installed. The two guys who came to do the installation had excellent PR skills, introduced themselves and worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up after them selves. We had a question a couple of days after installation and it was handled in a polite and reassuring manner. Would highly recommend this company and their excellent staff. Great site, products I purchased were even more beautiful than the photographs depicted. The parcel arrived when they said it would, will buy again from World of Judaica.
