To give yourself enough time to order. I only had 4 weeks and I had no issues but better to give yourself time in case it doesn't fit

False Cancellation Policy

I placed an order with this company and then needed to cancel it. So I called the company within minutes and followed up with a phone call and finally sent them an email to cancel the order. Nobody answered the phone so I followed up with 3 more calls. Still no answer. It was a weekday during their business hours!
Following day I received an email that they would be unable to cancel the order as it had already been dispatched and there was no way to stop the process.
Buyer Beware!

I let them know within minutes of my intention to cancel the order and it was still too late.
Lesson learned here: you may not cancel any order. Period.

I ordered supplements and realized immediately that I ordered the wrong one. I called them within 1 minute to cancel the order and was told it was too late!
I understand procedurally one department is unable to talk to another but within 1 minute? Sad...

Went to see dr. price. Got exam and bloodwork done. Kept calling office, as instructed, for prescription and never got a call back. Called and left several messages and finally just went to another doctor. Waste of time and money! I also was left waiting in the waiting area for 2 hours! Never again.
