This is my favorite food store, but I have to drive to another city to shop at it so I only go there about once a month. My only complaints are their organic celery always looks old, so I buy it at Harris Teeter instead and they do not offer case discounts on wine (but then they have GREAT everyday wine pricing instead). Wine tasting days are informative. The staff are friendly, (they really seem to enjoy working there), and will gladly go to the store room to search for additional quantity of a product. I think they are consumer oriented and by virtue of the products they sell, including their own brands, are ecologically responsible.

I've been an Amazon shopper since 2002 and spend quite a bit there on everything from food to $1800 diamond earrings to a lawnmower and generator. I've purchased incredible bargains and some not so hot, but that was my choice since Amazon did not make the item! My customer service interactions have been fair to excellent, mostly quite good. You must remember and honor their 30 day return rule for easy and swift returns' refund. As long as any seller shown on Amazon's site is part of the Amazon guarantee program, they really will act on your behalf to correct the issue or provide a full refund which I was pleased to experience. They will refund or replace if food is expired or there is some other legitimate reason. Sadly they have really cut back on the Friday Gold box deals, but then now I don't impulse buy as much either. I visit there everyday and can find just about everything I need or at least a link to an external site.

I've purchased quite a few items from an oil change to teeth whitening and everything in-between. I likely would have never tried Z pizza on my own and now it is my favorite! I had an experience where the teeth whitening was not delivered as advertised at $149 and Groupon promptly refunded my CC even though I had seen the dentist. I also use Living Social and learned they DO NOT offer refunds nor do they do anything on the buyer's behalf. I'm really shocked to see Groupon is getting slammed here. It's the business that agrees to their terms and if the said business does a lousy job or doesn't honor their voucher that THEY agreed to honor -it's their reputation, not Groupon's.

I bought the Fringe Salon package for $65. The owner, Chelsey was the one who cut and colored my hair. She 3/4's dyed my hair and very minimally cut it. She styled it very well, hid all perfections although I'm sure she had to see an inch of roots not dyed, stray hairs that missed being dyed and knew she did not cut off the split ends or cut the sides to match as requested. I was not pleased w/ either service once I started styling it at home. I contacted Living Social and their refund was $15 of their bucks. So I'm out $50 plus tip and still need to have my hair redone. Groupon is far superior and refunded my CC when a certain dentist did not perform as per his advertisement. Now that I know Living Social does not care if one is satisfied or not, I won't purchase anything that I will not redeem in 60 days so at least I have my CC to fall back on.
