Both my cars went for service there in May 2016 and I was completely let down with the quality of mechanical and customer service, not to mention outrageously high prices - this coming from a company that states they can beat official dealership prices... right! I paid £130 for fluid top-ups and an oil filter! (No oil change was requested). I had requested that some checks were done on the throttlebody - nothing! When I complained to the head office they called me back, left a voicemail and I was then left chasing them for over a week! Run away while you still can, they are truly appaling!
