My item was delivered at the warehouse in my city on January 17 and was supposed to have been delivered by now. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at Romwe to see where my order is. Terrible customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from Romwe because there is no way to get a hold of them.

Products used:
I have not received them and that is the problem.
