I recently wrote a review on hear about being overcharged for flights to portugal. Cheapoair responded to me and accepted overchage. Great but i still haven't received any refund its been 8 weeks. They don't respond to emails and good luck with the helpline its a joke. Something very dodgy about this company i feel your taking a chance booking flights with them.

This customer has been contacted and is being refunded the over charge. One of the airlines involved, increased the airfare and didn't notify us when they collected the payment.
