Panda sells an anti virus program called "True Prevent" though it truly did not prevent malware from entering and doing damage to my system. When the service/product I paid for did not do the trick, they suggested I call their toll charge line so they could fix the issue properly. Do not buy into their misleading advertisement. More importantly was the treatment I received at the hands of tech support. Total avoidance of responsibility for their product or lack thereof.

Homestars takes money from contractors for listing their services which gives them a vested interest in getting listings listed regardless of the track record of a particular contractor. In short, Homestars does nothing to protect the homeowner from unscrupulous contractors and therefore they cannot be trusted. I know, I have been defrauded of 15,000 dollars by a contractor who paid for a listing on Homestars. Steer clear of Trevor Augustyn, owner of Hawthorne kitchen Design.
