Contacted this company due to contaminated fuel to drain the tank, engineer arrived ( from stoke) drained fuel later to be told by my garage that there was still fuel in the tank, engineer could not start car so began to spray loads of easy spray into air box, vehicle still didnt start so engineer attempted to remove fuel lines from filter housing which i ended up doing for him, sprayed more easy start into air box, vehicle started via easy start and revved off the clock knocking the crank out, anyone who has experienced or knowledge of diesel engines should know to only use the tiniest of amount of such substances. Thanks to the incompetence of fuel wizard my vehicle is no in the scrap yard, my advice is to spend little extra on a company with good engineers, for the record iam a qualified mechanic i just thought it would be easier to have the fuel drained rather than remove the tank at the garage, you have been warned!
If anyone would like to discuss this matter with me then please feel free to contact paul james *******2935
Thankyou
