Arranged a car hire to collect in pasiley... on receipt of paperwork, I noticed that they required a credit card in my name ( I had left my credit cards overseas) so I telephone their partner Green Motion, to advise I would need to cancel, they advised this was no problem as they could accept Debit Card. On arrival at Green Motion, I was advised that the only way they could accept the debit card was if I paid £1200 on top of the rental cost and that it would take up to 28 days to refund. Obviously I declined and went to a reputable company. They have refused to refund my money, even though it is not a lot, but they are to be avoided at all cost... as the saying goes, if it is too good to be tru, it usually is.
