This is a website you should definitely stay away from. It looks good. Everything is cheaply priced, i.e., $1.00 or free, but the shipping is where they nail you, i.e., 9.95 per item. There is no phone number to contact them. E-mails go unanswered. You cannot post a review, etc., on their website. Also, shortly after placing an order, my card was hijacked and my bank shut it down immediately for charges that I did not make.

Following is my 9th request for a resolution.

This is my 9th request regarding my purchase of: Fashion Reiki Lucky Stone Necklace in Turquoise.

The necklace is defective. One half is braided and the other half is not. It is actually in two separate pieces and very obvious when you look at it. You definitely cannot wear it. Pictures are on all of the previous e-mails.

You have many beautiful items but how can I order from a site when there is no response to any of my e-mails regarding how you will handle this issue.

I waited so long for the receipt of this item, approximately six to seven weeks and was so disappointed when I finally opened the package.

Can someone please respond as to how this issue will be addressed. A reply of any type would be greatly appreciated.

So, please stay away from this site. It is not worth the aggravation.

I have been trying for almost two months to receive a missing item from my order. Numerous e-mails have brought no response whatsoever. Please note, these were not nasty e-mails. The e-mails were just asking for help in obtaining the missing item. The phone number on the packing slip automatically disconnects you when you place a call.

Prior to this issue, they were unable to ship an item I paid for so they issued a site credit instead of a full refund. For the past two weeks, their site has been down. So, now I am out money from one order, as well as, the missing item from another order.
