The product is absolutely delicious, but the online experience and fulfillment time needs a lot of improvement. A mobile app is crucial! The shipping time on non-subscription orders takes some getting used to because the shipments are slow and you need to plan weeks in advance. Overall, the digital pain is worth the excellent product!
