I cannot believe lastminute.com!
They have actually objected to a full refund I claimed back to back to my Credit Card, which is due to Flybe (a code share partner on local flights for Virgin Atlantic) going into receivership!
Virgin Atlantic and lastminute.com by law should have made a full refund within 7 days of the cancellation, especially as this happened before the Coronavirus pandemic blocked all flights to Orlando!
lastminute.com now expect my Credit Card company to pay them again for flights that I have not had.
I will NEVER use lastminute.com or Virgin Atlantic again!
