I like everybody else ordered 2 bags before Christmas in a bit of a hurry, it wasn't till after I had paid that I smelt a rat, strange e mail address, no delivery schedule, broken English etc. I called Tesco who told me to call Longchamps direct to determine if they were a licensed dealer, obviously they are not, Tesco told me to contact them when they arrived in order to raise a dispute.
The bags did arrive after a lengthy period and were obviously fake (no guarantee, no bill of sale no packaging)
Tesco subsequently refunded my money and I then received an e- mail from the trader asking why I had refused payment stating they were 100% genuine etc, I offered to return them at their expenses but heard nothing.
So the message here is if make the mistake of buying from them you should be able to get your money back if you paid by credit card
