Backmarket advertised and sold a product (Air Fryer Paula Deen 9.5 QT - Red)), but they did not have a red one available to sell. They, instead, just shipped a black one in hope that it was ok with me, without asking. So far, they have failed to acknowledge a refund and a return shipping label for the item, as I do not want it.
Beware, they bait and switch without consulting you.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid a re-seller scammer that ships something different that they currently have, instead of what you specifically ordered. Then they try to get you to agree with what was actually shipped.
