I've only myself to blame. Their instructions are clear on delivery. I found it hard to inspect the TV on arrival, delivery guys unpacked it and switched it on, looked good. After I signed the delivery note and set up the TV I found a deep scratch on the screen and damage to the screen coating, also damage to the bezel. I only noticed these after the TV was off, while on its very difficult to see damage but evident none the less. In my opinion someone sent the TV knowing the damage was there and kept their fingers crossed. These TVs are not new so beware. Some people have been lucky, others like myself not so, if you like a punt then give them a go, but be prepared to lose.
