“NO SUPPORT when it does not work..”

VP suppied a tap set with missing parts. I have raise a query and sent emails with the details 3 times and still had NO response other than requests to send the same information again. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Use them at your own risk..

Tip for consumers:
Be prepare for terrible service and long delays if anything goes wrong
