Second horrid experience with same machine! Purchased coffee grinder with bult in scale in Februrary and by April it was failing, finally dying in May. Previously reported how Company ignored emails and phone calls to get replacement under manufacturer 2 year warranty for months. Finally was able to return but only after they took over a month to send retgurn label with no acknowledgement and still another month of silence after sending back til recived notice that the machine is not repairable and they would send replacement. That one arrived DOA and neither I nor two friends could get it to work following directions - same model as 1st that worked OK which was used as directed for a time till it failed. More wasted time for another return label and after return, received a call from self-desc ribed supervisor in repair facility that "there is nothing wrong." Agent said he would send contact info so if needed I could call to resolve issues (especially needed as posted "customer servce" line is not functioning). NOT surprised, no such contact provided and after they returned it and it still did not work they are now again ignoring all ommunications including calls to company HQ... In fact, since "customer service number" is shut down for pandemic, cannot even leave a message. So after nearly 5 months, have no machine, no refund, no contact about a piece of equipment as worthless as the company itself. Worst service ever. Cannot say strongly enough - stay away! Buy from anyone ese.

Typical of our terrible experiences with this very poorly managed shipper. But since they are the delivery firm the merchant uses, we reluctantly ordered. Based on prior experiences where driver simply drops off item and drives off or they often fail to let customer know there is a delivery, we instucted merchant at all costs NOT to require signature as no one available daytime. Merchant confirmed that. Well, got a tracking email said "attempted delivery" but no one available. On the call to customer serice, was told that's because there MUST be a signature or nothing could be done. They suggested a work-around, eventually, in an extended frustrating call: just "sign the delivery ticket" to say just drop off, - but no ticket was left. When we asked to talk to a supervisor, about his unsatisfactory answers agent "James" put on hold and then switched to a customer survey and then they hung up. Saved best for last: we since discovered that there never was a signature requirement for this after all. Wow. Oh, yeah, we still don't have the goods.

Worst service ever. Sent card and discovered ialmost immediately that was an old email address. Site would not allow change of address, sending to second address or simply just resend--- and the original card was no longer finadable even if to send fresh(!) Contacted customer non-service --- completely ignored for over a week until time for card to be delivered passed.

Tip for consumers: Avoid mistake I made: if you land on the site for any reason - LEAVE as quicky as you can and mark their address for future notices as spam.
