Unclear how they had tickets for The Cure that public could not buy. But valid ticket and sent 10% off offer that Vivid didn't match in time.
Bought two pairs of shoes from them and returned one. UPS lost the return, fully admits to doing so and said GOAT as the shipper would have to file the claim. GOAT REFUSES TO FILE. Either GOAT are liars or lazy, but they will not refund for the shoes that UPS lost. Dozens of emails and calls. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM GOAT AGAIN!
Tip for consumers:
Very frustrating, zero customer service - to the point of committing fraud.

The fit and quality seems to be much better than H&M, and it's a little more wearable in Seattle than Zara. I've ordered sweaters, jackets and pants. The only downside I've noted is an inability to return to the Seattle Nordstroms a purchase from the Topman store in Chicago. I understand the issue, but wish it could be addressed somehow.
Size chart was off, would not exchange and sent a refund less $7.
