These people understand wants, needs and customer service. They do what they say they will do. If something goes wrong they actually care and go above and beyond to fix any error or problem.

I thought having meal selections at my fingertips would make life easier when I returned home from work. No shopping - ah, wonderful! I took a look at the site and was given the impression I could choose the meals. I expected I would be able to look at what the offerings are. Before they allow you to choose your meals, i. E., see what you are buying, you have to select the number of people and then PAY. WHAT? I can think of no other place on the web where you have to pay before you see what you are paying for. I did not complete the registration because of this. After reading some of the reviews, I'm so glad I didn't.
