I received my package $185 (stupid me) a few days ago but was busy with work then a massive storm that left us with no power. I just left the box on the laundry room floor and went to see what the dogs were so intrigued with. Could not see anything, came in a white sealed bag. Opened the bag (again stupid me) on my living room floow to find a hole in the box and one of the ice packs was pierced leaving the inside goo all over my rug. Been trying to call ever since, if you look at the number listed on the paypal receipt it says 24/7 and *******477. When you hit the link (#) it changes to *******509 where someone picks up, hits a button them hangs up. Very professional. Dialed it myself and the number did go the company but received a voicemail due to COVID yada yada... you get it. I am in sales with a company of over 300 employees and we are all working remote. No reason for this. For the heck of it I put the others in the freezer and then realized these are nothing but ice packs, NO DIFFERENCE except I paid $185 and can go to rite aid and get the same ice packs for $15. I WANT SOMEONE first to RESPOND to me, 2nd I want my money back. Great company to inform the Attorney General of. Suggest you do the same. The more I read online, I see horrible reviews. The blame lies on myself also, I was up late one night and figured WTH, PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH.
