I had to call Athens rugs twice to remind the manager that I wanted an appointment for service at my place. The appointment was scheduled for 3 pm. I raced home and cleared out all kinds of furniture. I then sat in my place for 40 minutes waiting for the Carpet guy. By 3:40 pm he still hadn't even called to say he would be late. A little after, about 45 minutes later he calls and says he going to be late by another 20 minutes. This company is totally unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone.
