I was pleased with my home compact VHS tapes converted to DVD. Even though the charge for converting each of my 30 minute VHS-C tapes added up quickly, it was worth getting them onto two DVDs. The cases for the DVDs were broken during shipment, but the DVDs are not affected. Can't blame the company for the shipping company's handling of the packaging. Received my originals back in perfect condition so overall pleased with iMemories!
