I have flown this airline twice, and except for having to remember to check-in 24 hours prior to leaving, I have had nothing but good experiences. Once you get the hang on how they operate, it's enjoyable.
Their employees try to help you, but I firmly believe Corporate ties their hands. I have been trying to get a refund since July. Today is December 15. One customer rep said I would be getting a full refund on two tickets that were never used and I explained the situation. Someone over her denied it, so instead of sending me a partial refund with a letter explaining, they just ignore it. So I called again (one letter, numerous phone calls) and now, supposedly I'm getting 80% of the total cost in 14-21 business days. I will call again if I do not see that check. This is ridiculous and I will complain on every review site I can find. Do Not give this company your business. I cannot say it enough.
When booking rooms at the Southbury, CT Wyndham ON THEIR WEBSITE, somehow I ended up with Resavers. The Wyndham can't or won't help me but for two rooms, two nights it was $104.50 per night with taxes and I was charged an extra $130 for god knows what. I have called, I have emailed and I get absolutely no response, I might try to keep trying, but in the meantime - do yourselves a favor and do not use these crooks.
