I have been a customer at TALBOTS for 21 years my payment in March was misplaced. I called Comenity Bank to see what happened to my payment they had no idea I needed to go to my Bank where I have bill pay for them to find out what happened. In the mean time I had to make my payment of 31.69 again plus a late charge of 25.00 if not they were going to file it against my credit. I did not want that to happen so I paid. I sent them everything me and my bank had they would not except that, they wanted more I feel like they just stole my money.
I could not deal with them 5 months was long enough so I canceled my card. I told them to keep the money not worth it.
