They already fake shipping papers and make IRON OXIDE YELLOW out of it.
Asking Alibaba for help is hell! It only works on their web interface and if you want to write something its not possible.
Instead you have to upload a picture (proof) for example from the email you got as reply from alibaba and then you can add a little text.
The dont care anything about you as buyer. They only support the chinese scam companies who donate alibaba with gold supplier yearly fee.
Keep your hands away from alibaba platform, you will lose, I guarantee.
