“Never received the item ordered - unresponsive”

Purchased LED-lit wall switch plates for my house and never received them. Only received the outlet covers. They are unresponsive to inquiries, and Facebook is not helping to resolve this issue either (ordered these via an advertisement on FB). Beware of this company.
