I brought my motorcycle wheel for them to replace the tire. After a couple weeks the tire went flat and could not hold any air because they had damaged the valve during installation of the inner tube. Also, they quoted me one price, before the job, and added some bogus miscellaneous "service" charges to the bill afterwards. Their customer service also sucks. I also got the feeling that they were racists. How does a service shop mess up a tire change? I wound up re-doing the job myself, at extra expense. I will never give them my money again.

Since Smugmug bought it, it doubled it's subscription rate, out of pure corporate greed. Also, they delete your account if anyone complains about even one pic that they don't like. After building my albums over a ten year period with 30,000 pics, and over 150 million views, they deleted my account for no viable reason. I would never use there service again.

This agency "represented" me in a car accident caste in which I was almost killed. From the initial interview the representative was completely unsympathetic. I never saw another representative until the day of settlement. The settlement was complete laughable and insulting - the bare insurance minimum. I also feel that Mr. Rubenstein is racist, from my personal interaction with him, and the complete lack of compassion from him and his firm. I would not recommend this firm at all.
