Complete fraud! Do not buy anything!
11/7 - placed an order,
11/8 - credit card transaction cleared,
11/26 (approximately) - support ticket opened requesting help with an update,
11/27 - confirmation of a support ticket with basically a "we're busy now" response.
Today is 12/15, no response, no merchandise, money taken over a month ago.

For basics this site is fine. However, if you ever encounter any problems, you might as well kiss your money goodbye. Just research Bittrex Support, or go to their Facebook profile. FB profile links to their Zendesk support site that is fully automated, and their Twitter account doesn't allow messaging for any reason. If you have a problem with their site or a transaction, that money is done. An invalid transfer that fails for any reason isn't just returned to your account automatically. It's gone. No response to support cases, nothing. The company basically steals your money.
