This company has given me my worst-ever experience of buying online. They took an order and promised to ship at a certain date. I never heard from them again until I contacted them to find out why the order was not delivered as promised. They came up with several excuses about a "system maintenance" issue that prevented them from tracking the package. Then, six days after the promised delvery date, they came up with the truth: they were out of stock of the product. I have been asking for a full refund for five days now, with no reaction at all.
