There is a typo in my review, auto correct is most likely the cause, refused should have been refunded! Sorry Orchard
This is the second time I've ordered a used iPhone from orchard via Amazon. Both phones have arrived quickly and in the stated condition.
The most recent delivery there was some mix up at the post office & I was charged COD delivery., I contacted orchard and they promptly and politely refused me the money.
