Service dept. plays dumb, claims they don't see problem despite photos and tries to give you coupons for future purchases! Months of aggravation! Initially paid extra for fast shipping- it took months to get here. You need authorization for the return, which they won't give, and they don't/ won't clarify which address to send anything back to when you email them. Problems follow immediately after doing business with them. My order # is *******. I am still trying to get service. These pictures are what was sent- months late. It was supposed to be a linen gray FLORAL shirt. They sent a polyester stripe different style, wrong fabric, wrong item. The 2nd item is a picture of an open side seam, and a sleeve opening so narrow you can't get your arm threw it. They claim they don't see or understand what's wrong with either because they don't want to issue a refund.
