Ordered buy one get one. When I went to pick up the first pair the frame broke while they where adjusting. But switched it right over to a new one. Came back for second pair.We couldnt believe it but this frame also broke while adjusting but again fixed it with a new frame right there and for the inconvience they had me pick out a free pair worth up to &175.So I went to pick the third pair up and had the first pair adjusted and bang BROKE AGAIN. Come to find out it was the way the arms where made which was without any metal so we decided to get a whole new pair.So I received my normal glasses and a pair for computer work and also a pair of reading glasses. Everyone is very polite and friendly.

Bought a pantry in store. Ended up having to load it in my car by myself.No one came up to help. Put it together and the wood has defects in more then one place.The price was wonderful if the pantry would have been non defective. Opened the box and the pieces where thrown in with no wrappings.

I have purchased many items from Wayfair.The merchandise is high quality and if you do have any problems with an order they always make it right.

This past holiday season I ordered 5 sets of light up ornaments. They look very nice to hang on the tree.The issue was I ordered trees, angels, natitivity scene, gift box and reindeer ornaments. The first order came in and half the trees and a few of the angels didnt work. Customer Service was wonderful then said they would send new ones. But then I opened up nativity reindeer and again more then half didnt work. When I got in touch with Customer Service this time they indicated I was liking to get free ones.So now they wanted all sent back before they would send out any. I was all for returning the bad ones but I did not appreciate the fact that I wasnt telling the truth. I went ahead and purchased new batteries which fixed most of the ornaments but not all.

I order here plenty of times. But there are items you order from third parties which you cannot return to the store. You have to send it back to the business. I would think its a Walmart order you should be able to return it there.Other then that it is a great place to buy. Prices are very fair.

I have been ordering from Amazon for years. They are wonderful. Whenever there is a problem customer service clears it up immediately. You cant go wrong here.

I ordered a stainless steel analogue watch (personalized) for a present for my 78 year old Aunt. According to the invoice it was shipped on Feb. 22, 2016.It has been 17 days and I have not received my watch. I have emailed the company numerous times and all they say it must be in transit.The emails I received where quite snippy. Like I was bothering them. There last response says if I don't receive it by the 23 rd of March I can receive a full refund or they can resend. NOT!,,,,,, Poor customer service.So if you want to receive your order quickly do not I repeat Do Not order from arts cow.com
