Lack of seriousness and the policy they have towards the client is disastrous.

The client loses in the transaction. I have purchased an item and, not only do I not have it, but I have paid for shipping costs.
I bought a corset on November 25 and at the address it was missing a note and the article was sent to an incomplete address. The article returns to the offices and I say that I want to be sent to the correct address. The article is sent again in theory but to the wrong address because I do not receive anything and it is delivered. I ask that the article be sent to me again and suddenly it was OUT OF STOCK having already bought and paid for it. I want the money back and they only give me back a part: they tell me that I have to pay for the supposed delivery they have made in the wrong way and the return of the item.
Its incredible that since November 25 that I made the transaction, not only I don't have the corset, but also I had to pay shipping cost for having been sent the article twice to the wrong address, it is shameful!
Dear Customer, Your order was shipped with Royal mail on 26th and it was returned back to us on 24th Dec due to incorrect Address. It was restocked on 31st Dec. We did notify you the same. The returned stock was allocated to a different order already with us and it was shipped. So we did notify you on 2nd Jan to choose an alternative item, but you asked to cancel the order. So we issued a refund deducting both way shipping on the order which we already paid to Royal Mail. We apologize if you are not satisfied with our resolution and respect your feedback.
