I have had my Business American Express card for about 20 years and I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM!!! (And no, I'm not a "paid review" nor was I solicited to write one) Just yesterday they saved me from falling deeper into a Yelp "campaign" that I see other business owners got smacked for hundreds of dollars. They send a text notification with each purchase (if I'm not making the purchase in person) and I was able to stop Yelp from sucking hundreds from me. AMEX has ALWAYS been EXTREMELY HELPFUL with any single problem I have ever experienced and I tell everybody that I have never called them and not had an extremely pleasant experience...their staff training is impeccable!

Wish I had seen these review before I jumped on board for the $300 worth of "free advertising" crap. The good news is they only got $158.00 but when I called to cancel she stated that the "clicks" were for the previous month and I had 50 of them at $3.00 per click. If that's the case then why do I owe $7.98 for two clicks for the month of October? Clearly my "clicks" aren't actually $3.00 but are a fixed scam price. I read the "terms" and they have this catch-all verbiage which classifies a "click" as pretty much anything they want. I got ZERO leads and she said it was because I didn't post enough pictures of my office!! Which would have been good information while THEY were paying for the "clicks" in the promotion...and it's a joke. I see many reviews about the same problem and I see I'm lucky to only be out $150.00! American Express sends text messages with each charge to my account and I just got the text yesterday or I'd be out much more, I'm sure. THANK YOU AMERICAN EXPRESS...YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST!!!

I had a negative review that was not from a patient and I could have it removed if I "upgraded" from their free service at the cost of nearly $300 PER MONTH! I did manage to have them remove it but I had to send them an e-mail and go into great personal detail as to why and it was, at that point, up to them to remove it or not.
