“Poor customer service”

Schuh seems unable (unwilling) to answer emails because of covid19 despite other companies doing so.

Basically they take your money, drop the price, but despite your order it being processed or dispatched expect you to pay the higher price.

This may technically be legal but it's dreadful customer service.
