Very disappointed. After placing my post, I found that I could not respond to many applicants unless I upgraded. So, essentially, I had to pay to even communicate with anyone, even if they weren't appropriate for the job. Not only that, I do not believe that the applicants are aware that a potential employer cannot respond to them, unless the employer becomes a premium member. So here are the applicants paying for "premium" membership, but are probably not aware that a potential employer is not allowed to respond to them, due to no fault of there own. Horrible practice. Care one does not allow you to send any messages to reply. Again, very disappointed. Waste of time.

“Yes-thank you! I just posted about this several minutes ago. I'm an applicant with a premium account and 90% of potential employers I reply to never respond back because they do not want to pay the premium. It's frustrating.”
