I love Amazon! I have been a loyal Prime Member since 2008 and rarely shop anywhere else unless I can find the item at a lower price which is rarely the case. As far as Customer Service, there just isn't anyone better. I had a very rare occurrence back in August of this year. I ordered an item and twice it never showed up despite the tracking saying it had been delivered. It was being sent from Dell and not Amazon. I called Customer Service and without any headache at all, they shipped FREE OF CHARGE overnight the item. I was speechless. I say, "rare" because I just don't have problems with their site. It's nice to know in today's world there is still a company one can count on to deliver what they say! THANKS AMAZON! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
I had one of Chanel's iconic books on my wishlist forever. I kept shopping it and even tried checking it out at the library to see if it was something I would really want...only to discover AND INFORM THE LIBRARY, that their copy had been stolen. Then something came up at work that really made me "NEED" it so I went cyber shopping again for it and stumbled onto one of those sites that lists products at various prices and LO & BEHOLD, there it was at Overstock for $28.00 WAY less than the $75.00 price I kept finding it for. Needless to say, I ordered it immediately and it showed up within the promised delivery time. I have since added Overstock to my places to shop! THANK YOU OVERSTOCK! Who knew?

I am a long time shopper at Bed Bath & Beyond, but only shopped there occasionally because I used to think their prices were high; once compared to other retailers for the same product (i.e. Quest Protein Bars) I discovered that I was wrong. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE ON THEIR COUPON LIST! The $5 and 20% coupons can be applied at checkout that matches the amount of your order. In other words, while there's a limit, they give you the maximum allowed. I LOVE THAT! To be able to use expired coupons, they must have your name on them. In other words, you have to subscribe to getting them in the mail. The stores are ALWAYS clean and everything looks brand new. The selection of products is a lot bigger than most people are aware of. Their sale items at the end of each aisle offer deals one only dreams about. Keep up the good work!
This is one of those places that you just hate to share with others because the deals are so incredibly great! However, because they offer such an enormous range of products in so many categories, they deserve to be acknowledged. Not only for their selection, but for their customer service which is consumer oriented. Returns are seamless and hassle free. As far as their prices on brand NEW items, it just doesn't get any better. They truly are the REAL DEAL!
I have been using Kabbage since 2012 without a hitch! Smooth sailing and was happy to recommend them to friends and business associates. Until TODAY! As of 10 days ago I had a balance owing of under $200.00. I noticed when I logged into my account that they had raised my "AVAILABLE CASH" amount. However, when I went to retrieve it, I received their "ERROR' message. I sent them an email and waited. 4 days later, still nothing, I called them. They said I would need to pay off my balance in order to receive any cash. I got busy and paid it off. WRONG! When I logged in and went to "GET CASH", I received the same error message. I called them immediately and was told that my account would have to be sent to the review board. I am beyond annoyed that I naively trusted them. My recommendation: STAY AWAY! THEY ARE NO LONGER A TRUSTWORTHY SOURCE FOR FUNDING SMALL BUSINESSES! And WORSE, will lie to their customers deliberately just to get their money back!
