Will I get the gingerbread cookies? It didn't confirm this free gift with order. Also many things were out of stock. When will this be replenished?

I'm trying to find my signature scent. Fragrancex let's me try samples before I commit. Also they have some of my old time favorites at good price discounts.

I sent this company $96.00 for a tent. It was a start-up company and you would get a great discount if you invested early. I kept all the records and waited for the tent I bought for my great nephew who would be born in April 2017. Customer Service called me 6 months later and asked me to pay for shipping; $49. I paid the shipping fee. I would call them many more times waiting for them to ship the tent for my great nephew. Over many dozen calls and emails, I was sent an email that said they had no record of the tent I bought and paid for, not to mention the money I spent for shipping. More calls to Customer Service. No results. Now it's nearly 3 years later and I finally get a refund, but this company makes me jump through hoops to get a refund. I had to open a PayPal account so they could refund me! I finally did this, but the Customer Service employee dropped the ball and again I had to call again. I finally get a sympathetic Customer Services employee who didn't give me a false promise. She went directly to the finance department and the next day I was refunded. If you want to go through nearly 3 years to get your money back, then go ahead and use this terrible company. I'm a senior, I don't have time for this BS.

Tip for consumers:
I heard many people had this same problem. Not getting the product in a timely manner or waiting a long time for a refund. This company said it was a manufacturing problem in China. I call it blame shifting. Then why did it take so long for a refund?
