I purchased a swimming device that was supposed to be in stock. It was on backorder and I agreed to 30 days on backorder. Now they tell me it still is not available and send me emails and phone calls twice everyday including 7am in the morning. I've replied to the emails three times stating clearly to cancel the order and refund my money. I still get emails and phone calls everyday. The phone calls are computer generated so you can't even speak to a live person you just have to call them back. I'm being harassed and I can't even get them to read my numerous responses or get my money back!
