I'm 81 years old, decided after much saving to buy one of your electric beds. Ordered including white glove service, paid in full. Then got a call no white glove service due to Covid. Well there's no way I can put it together. Mike said he would try someone close by to put it together. Well, the Delivery was going to be four days before the white glove service, but the delivery company was going to leave it in the driveway. Sure I was responsible to carry it in, I'm crippled, use a rollator. After paying 250 dollRs for white glove. So cancelled entire order. I didn't feel this represented you Dr. Oz, very disappointed.
