Delayed bed delivery, due to them selling half of our bed to another customer. Then received the order 2 months after original purchase and bed is defective and poorly made. The technicians sent to install the bed by CB2 took 3 hours to install a bed. Having to drill new holes and cut open new spaces for the frame to fit. Screws were missing and the list goes on. Their offer was a 15% rebate with no possibility of an applicable warranty nor replacement parts as the bed is suddenly discontinued. So our other option was to return, for which a refund will only be issued 14 days after they receive the bed once taken apart and picked up by CB2 technicians.
