This site is awful. Since most users must use Elsevier for required coursework, the users are held hostage. Elsevier's process for requesting HESI scores is outdated. Users cannot complete the transcript request process online the way you can on normal transcript sites. The user must download and fill out a pdf then email it in. I had to keep after them before they even sent my score. I filed a form requesting support and a man called me back asking for a different user with a different problem. No one ever responded to me about my problem. My friend's R. N. in nursing class must use Elsevier and they had to spend an entire class period with the instructor showing them how to log in and access their lab materials, because the site is so confusing and dysfunctional. To top it off, accepting loads of cookies is required to access any services on this site and then your information is sent to other related companies. I am starting an R. N. program soon myself, so I am doomed to use this horrible site. With all the $ Elsevier collects they should improve their site and hire better support people.
