I ordered a CNC Plasma cutting machine from M/s Star Engineers, chembly phata, MIDc chakan. Order given on 2nd February 2018 and till 9 April 2018 delivery has not been given. As per PO delivery terms and conditions they have to deliver machine within three weeks and almost 02 months over and still they are not able to provide the order status. This is very very poor service and also not professional attitude. They are just "JUGADU" company. They are also not behaved up to the mark with thier customer. They have not a common sense to do business.
They are just worst people. Please please do not purchase any machine from M/s Star Engineer. I already suffered and looses much considerable business because of these JUGADU ( star engineer) people.
